It is designed to help you transition onto their platform. It is also a way for users to see how transparent all the processes are. The lack of this is an indicator that CoinePro is a scam broker.
Even if you neglect the obvious red flags of this broker though, as mentioned above, the accounts are subpar at best. So taking into account that this whole operation is a lie, it is shocking that they didn’t even attempt to wrap it in a more appealing way.

The customer service on CoinePro.com is what you would expect after reading this review. It is lackluster and quite obviously unprofessional. The only way to get in touch with them is through email. While this is a perfectly decent way to communicate about business, it is not acceptable as the only available avenue to do so. However, this is of course expected, as live chat and phone conversations would’ve made it much harder for them to convince people of their legitimacy. Whereas, an email could take days if not weeks to be seen and responded to and in that time many decisions could be made.
