Journalist Laura Loomer (Laura Loomer), who is suing the company Twitter, published on social networks photos of a legal filing showing that Twitter has officially merged with X Corporation, a private company that operates within X Holding, both owned by Elon Musk.

“Pursuant to Rule 7.1 (a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the undersigned counsel for defendant X Corp., as successor in interest to named defendant Twitter Inc. hereby states that Twitter Inc. in X Corp. and no longer exists under its former legal name,” according to a legal filing reported by US media.

Around the same time, the American super-rich Musk gave an interview with the BBC, in which he pointed out that taking over the social network Twitter “wasn’t fun at all, although you can’t say it was boring.”

When asked by a journalist if he would sell Twitter, Musk replied that he would “think about it if the right person came along.”

Part of the source code of the social network Twitter has been published

Parts of Twitter’s source code were posted online until last week, the company said in a filing with a California court.

The code underlying the platform’s various features and internal tools is hosted on GitHub, a code repository platform owned by Microsoft. GitHub responded to Twitter’s request to remove the allegedly infringing data, and the request was then published online.

The profile responsible for the post, FreeSpeechEnthusiast, logged into the GitHub platform earlier this year and appeared to have only been loading Twitter’s cache since then.
