Three Stocks Worth to Look into – Analysts Recommend

The stock market started a new rally recently, with lots of futures hitting record highs. Some of them managed to break out after the prolonged low periods. Meanwhile, analysts are busy trying to evaluate various stocks’ potential and adjusting shares’ trade prices.

Some stocks are near bought points, such as Adobe, Mastercard, and PennyMac Financial. All three of them have broken out and extended recently. However, Martin Marietta Materials is looking for support after falling below its 10-week line this week.

CyberArk stock briefly cleared a 143.09 entry and has been trying to break out after the short rise. It dropped down sharply on Wednesday instead.

Here is some guidance, which the experts advise to watch closely in the coming days:

Spartan Motors skyrocketed by 106% in the third quarter. This stock is Michigan-based. It endured a sharp sell-off that began in May 2018 but then rebounded after hitting its record low in November 2019.

The company’s new target is 19.41 entry price. After Wednesday’s session, it only needs to add 3% to reach its target. Analysts are looking forward to its annual earnings report, which is due to the end of this month. They think it will show 88% growth.

PayPal Stock is the provider of point-of-sale mobile payment technology. It’s earnings slowed in the third quarter, but the stock managed to bounce back with a 25% rise in the fourth quarter. Its average annual EPS growth is 25% more than the last three years. Furthermore, PayPal is trading just below a new all-time high presently.

Phoenix Tree and Velocity Financial are both IPO stocks. Phoenix Tree, the China-based provider of residential rental services, isn’t profitable so far. Nevertheless, it shows impressive earnings growth, ranging from 150% to 369% over the last seven quarters.

However, Velocity Financial’s sales and earnings growth have been erratic. Even so, the stock grew by 12% (EPS) and gained 21% by sales in the third quarter. Experts caution that despite their rapid growth, the brand-new stocks, such as Phoenix Tree and Velocity Financial can be very volatile.
