KELTNER CHANNEL
Chester Keltner created a technical analysis indicator. The top band is drawn twice the ATR measured over 10 times above a 20-period exponential moving average of usual prices. The bottom band is drawn at the same distance from the exponential moving average as the upper band. When the price closes above the top band, it generates a positive signal. Closing below the bottom band, on the other hand, provides a negative indication.
