HAMMER

HAMMER

A Japanese candlestick pattern that indicates a bullish turnaround. A hammer after a downtrend or drop signals the possibility of a positive reversal. To construct the lower shadow, traders join the market with short bets. In fact, even driving prices down in the direction of the prevailing trend. Bulls eventually seize control and complete the session near the top of the candle, proving that the downward trend was short-lived. The genuine body is formed by this, with a length 2-3 times that of the bottom shadow.
