Bitcoin Rebounded Following a Sharp Fall, Driving Cryptos Up

On Thursday, September 23, Bitcoin rebounded from its sharp fall earlier this week which drove altcoins up. Also, Ethereum bounced back to $3K after yesterday’s $2K drop.

The world’s largest cryptocurrency by market cap spiked 4.68% to $44,161.50 with a 24-hour change of $1,972.60.

Currently, Bitcoin has a market capitalization of $831.26 billion. It has a 24-hour volume of $1.25 billion with a low of $41,837.47 and a high of $44,176.50.

Fortunately, it rose from the $42,000 level where it sharply fell. Then, it established a support base and began rising above $42,500.

In addition, there was a snap over a major bearish trend line with resistance near $42,500 based on the BTC/USD pair hourly chart.

Then, the pair advanced higher above the resistance levels of $43,000 and $43,500. Besides, it even appraised the level of $44,000.

However, the bulls are still having a hard time regaining Bitcoin’s robustness beyond $44,000.

Favorably, BTC price just climbed above $44,000 at the time of writing, and the 100 hourly simple moving average.

In addition, it tested the 23.6% Fibonacci retracement level of the previous surge to $44,024 high from $39,579 low.

He added that Bitcoin’s next major resistance is just about the $45,000 zone where the price could spike heading to the resistance of $47,000.
