Altran, one of the global leaders in engineering, announced that it’s planning to collaborate with HyperloopTT to speed the development of its electromagnetic propulsion vehicle. Altran’s future Technology Engineering Center, also known as TEC, will be operational from January 1st. TEC will provide all the technical skills HyperloopTT requires, ranging from physical and mechanical engineering to software development and systems architecture, as well as performance.
Furthermore, Altran will provide project management to ensure and accelerate project advancement. Several dozens of Toulouse-based engineers will participate in the project. The end game is to develop HyperloopTT innovative transportation system. Altran’s innovation centres will also contribute their comprehensive technological expertise to support this pioneering initiative.
HyperloopTT chooses Altran due to its comprehensive set of engineering services to develop complex programs. This new cutting-edge industrialized service platform enables to implement a competitive, technology-focused approach to engineering. TEC engineers come from the aeronautic industry. In addition, they are participating in an ambitious training plan to apply their knowledge to other sectors such as the naval, rail, and energy industries.
